Mr. Kwok Wah Cheung has served as our Chief Executive Officer since June 2026. Mr. Cheung brings over 20 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer and President of leading consumer companies in China and across Asia. Prior to joining us, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Zhengjiang Supor Co., Ltd, one of China's leading manufacturers of cookware and household appliances, managing a revenue of more than RMB 20 billion and market capitalization of approximately RMB 40 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cheung had served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Greater China, where he led the successful integration of a major acquisitions into the Nestle China business. He helped turn around and grow the Nestle's Wyeth nutrition business to over USD 1 billion revenue by 2014 and held senior commercial roles at Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, where he developed expertise in brand building, operational excellence and consumer insights in the Chinese market. Mr. Cheung currently serves as Non-Executive Director of China Feihe Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director of Tate & Lyle PLC. Mr. Cheung holds bachelor's degree in economics from Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Kelley School of Business of Indiana University.

Mr. Li has served as our Chief Financial Officer since September 2021. Mr. Li has more than 20 years’ management experience in public accounting, investment banking, and corporate finance. Previously, from September 2019 to September 2021, Mr. Li served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ximalaya Inc., a non-music audio company operating in China, where he led multiple fundraising rounds and supervised the overall corporate governance, capital markets, investor relations and internal finance functions. Prior to that, from July 2017 to June 2019, Mr. Li was the Chief Financial Officer of OneSmart International Education Group Limited (NYSE: ONE), a K-12 education company operating in China, where he helped lead the company’s initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he was also the Chief Financial Officer of Ecovacs Robotics Holdings Limited (SSE: 603486); worked in investment banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ICBC International; and served in the auditing practice group for KPMG. Mr. Li is also an independent director at GreenTree Hospitality Group Ltd. (NYSE: GHG), Yuanbao Inc. (Nasdaq: YB), Helens International Holdings Company Limited (HKEx: 09869 / SGX: HLS), Logory Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. (HKEx: 02482), and ZJLD Group Inc (HKEx: 06979). Mr. Li holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Li is also a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada.
